Cocktail #19

Harmonious Ending

A cocktail that is complex yet simple, spicy yet sweet. A cocktail that is just like life. This balanced flavor of tequila, coconut milk, and cinnamon  was inspired by a heartfelt listener question and is here to be a soothing companion on nights full of question. Will you find love or achieve your dreams? The "Harmonious Ending" is the elixir that whispers, "Why not both?"

*2 oz tequila

*.5 oz triple sec

*2 oz canned coconut milk

*1 oz lime juice

*splash of cinnamon syrup

  1. Make your cinnamon syrup by combining equal parts sugar to water in a pot. Throw in some cinnamon sticks (maybe 3...maybe 9) and let it simmer on low until the sugar dissolves. Allow the mixture to cool before pouring into a mason jar or other container. Keep the cinnamon sticks in the jar so it gets nice and spicy.

  2. Add all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake it (with ice!) like a polaroid picture, baby!

  3. Pour into your glass of choice and drink up! Times a wasting...
